I've taken CoQ10 for years, but this particular brand did nothing. My dentist suggested taking it for my gum and tooth pain. I increased the dosage at his suggestion, but the pain returned shortly after starting this brand, so I switched back to the previous product and the pain disappeared. Moreover, these capsules are quite large and difficult to swallow.

I've been using this product for years, originally for heart health, and was pleasantly surprised to find that it alleviates my back pain. It's been amazing, so I've continued using it for many years now. I highly recommend it, especially for those over 50.
